Tenant administrators
If you administer your company's Construction Cloud tenant, email support@construction-cloud.co.uk with your tenant name, the URL you're using to access the app, and a description of the issue. We'll respond within one UK business day.
Site users and subcontractors
Most day-to-day questions are quickest to resolve with your company's Construction Cloud administrator — they manage your account, the sites you can see, and the subcontractor portal access for your team.
If your administrator can't resolve the issue, or you suspect a problem with the platform itself, email support@construction-cloud.co.uk.
Mobile app issues
For TestFlight beta or App Store iOS issues, include your iOS version, the build number shown in the app's Settings tab, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help us reproduce. Email the same support address above.
